I had a great time at the hotel, enjoying the beautiful view of the lake and mountains from my balcony. The room, although small, was kept very nicely and clean. The service was kind and welcoming, especially at the reception. The location was ideal, being near Brienz Lake. The dining experience was good, although not very diverse. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were kept so nicely, offering a wonderful view of the lake and mountains from the balcony. The location was ideal, near Brienz Lake, and the service was exceptional. However, it would have been more comfortable if there was air conditioning or a fan in the room.
